The Montana X-Treme 3” handgun extension threads to the standard 9” .30 cal handgun rod for a total rod length of 12” and allows the cleaning of longer barrel handgun such as the T/C Contender.  Fits bnoth the 5” & 9” .30 cal handgun rod.
